Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive continuous supporter measuring for various business key drivers. You'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered. Your expertise will help us identify supporters impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, ensuring that our clients receive discounts when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage admission and record information requirements connected with supporter informing drives (including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients get discounts when required).
- Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally committing, to determine precise companions of supporters for informing as well as remediation.
- Communicate business requirements to technical groups, and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
- Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjusts and the technical framework that underlies supporter information.
- Manage project planning and timelines and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
- Drive alignment across Information, Business Tasks, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks.
- In collaboration with Information Item and Information Quality Designing, contribute to the design of strong reporting arrangements that minimize data occurrences.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.
- 2+ years of logical experience.
- Proven ability to convey technical or potentially logical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
- Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
- Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
- Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven insights.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
