The Opportunity
As a Business Transformation Customer Insights Professional, you'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Responsibilities
As a Business Transformation Customer Insights Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading statistical research studies to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Identifying and managing relationships with external market research and competitive intelligence vendors, consultants, and suppliers
- Providing data interpretation advice and insight generation to decision makers
- Using market research to define arenaflex's Solutions as a Service (SaaS) customer segments in partnership with product teams
- Collecting necessary information to forecast customer demand elasticity for new-to-the-world products
- Providing continuous coaching and support to strategic market research efforts across the Business Transformation Ecosystem and owning the planning and execution for the Business Transformation Customer Insights workstream
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5 or more years of market research experience for technology-driven, recurring revenue products
- Ability to use statistical analysis & principles to make recommendations from data
- Excellent communication, documentation, organizational and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative to build strong and productive relationships and communicate clearly to audiences of all levels
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Industry experience in agriculture, construction, robotics, automation, or autonomy
- Succinct and clear communication - simplify complex topics into messages that are understood and are remembered by a broad and diverse audience
- Intellectual curiosity - explore the entire solution space to discover creative solutions to difficult problems
- Problem solving tenacity - persistence to overcome challenges
- Comfort with ambiguity - experience in fast-paced environments where new information surfaces weekly
