Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team on a night shift basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote arenaflex's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate advice to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact centre environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Strong written literacy skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls/emails within a shift
  • Previous experience working night shifts is essential

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer service role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or home-based environment

* Competitive salary of £18,860 (already pro-rated)

  • Part-time (average 28 hours per week) with 4 on 4 off rotas available
