As a Customer Service Agent on our remote Contact Center team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's dedicated to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices about requests for information on medication and benefits
  • Investigating and resolving member inquiries in a timely manner or escalating to the appropriate team member
  • Adhering to and reinforcing arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices

  • Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex and departmental standard operating procedures and training guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate and informed responses to member inquiries

Requirements

To be successful as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Nice-to-haves

* Call center experience

  • Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
  • Work from home (remote) experience
  • Fluency in Spanish
