Job Description

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional technical and customer support to our customers via inbound calls and emails. You'll be the face of our company, and your expertise will be the key to resolving complex technical issues and delivering top-notch support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical and customer support via inbound calls and emails

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow specific guidelines and procedures while working independently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in technical customer support or a related field

  • Strong technical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Zendesk and/or Dialpad

  • Strong knowledge of high-speed internet solutions and technologies
  • Experience working in a B2B ISP environment
  • Certification in technical customer support or a related field
