Job Summary

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues in a timely manner, and promoting a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with our team to analyze data, develop workflows, and improve processes to ensure seamless delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities

* Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs

  • Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience and develop strategies to enhance satisfaction
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using stories and experience to complement data
  • Develop and implement workflows and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner
  • Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and following policies and procedures
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views
  • Contribute to building a positive team environment, supporting team efforts to succeed, and promoting arenaflex's values and goals

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a warehouse production environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a logistics or delivery environment

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Familiarity with data analysis and workflow development
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
