What You'll Do:

As a sub shop customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive experience
  • Taking and preparing customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring that every order is made to perfection

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a food service or retail environment

  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
