Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to Delta Airlines customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction, while also providing valuable insights and feedback to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on Delta Airlines products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify and report customer feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the aviation industry or with a similar airline

  • Knowledge of Delta Airlines products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
