Job Summary: Progressive Technology is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Admin Executive to join our growing remote team. This is a home-based role designed for individuals who can efficiently manage administrative duties, communication tasks, and digital file organization from a virtual setting. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment and can provide professional administrative support without daily supervision. Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative duties including scheduling meetings, calendar management, and handling emails.

Maintain and organize digital files and records for easy access and sharing.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients via phone, email, or online platforms.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks or deliverables.

Assist in onboarding new remote team members by providing documentation and support.
