Job Summary

In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for leading our airport teams to perform their duties in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. You will provide cutting-edge support to our customers through various channels, mentor and guide our team members in skill development, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving Operational Excellence: Lead our front-line team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive operational excellence.
  • Providing Cutting-Edge Support: Provide cutting-edge support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Mentoring and Guiding Team Members: Mentor and guide team members in skill development, customer service, and company culture.
  • Fostering a Culture of Respect and Trust: Foster a culture of respect and trust among team members and promote a positive work environment.
  • Collaborating with Internal and External Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and Implementing Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Customer Service: 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or airline environment.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
