Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, attorneys, and medical professionals. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering top-notch results and exceeding customer expectations. Coach and mentor junior claims professionals, providing guidance and support. Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
