• *Fractional CMO — B2B SaaS, Pre-Revenue, Microsoft Ecosystem I'm the solo founder of IdeaLift, a decision intelligence platform built on Azure infra. We just hit Microsoft Co-sell Ready status. The product is validated through expert reviews from senior PMs, CPOs, and product leaders. The consistent feedback: the product is strong, the messaging needs tightening. I don't need discovery. I don't need someone to learn my product for two weeks on my dime. I need someone who can read reviewer reports, spend a call or two with me, and start executing by week two.

  • *What's already done: - Two ICPs defined and validated (PM/IC champion + VP Product/Engineering buyer) - Core positioning locked around "Decision Decay" — the cost of losing product decisions in chat - Five paid reviewer reports with synthesized action items - Product video in the works - Microsoft Co-sell Ready with ISV manager relationship active - AppSumo distribution partnership discussion for possible Beta - Pricing restructured across three public tiers plus enterprise - Landing page changes prioritized and in progress - LinkedIn content calendar built - Reddit and Discord community strategy mapped
  • *What I need: - Refine and sharpen messaging based on existing reviewer feedback - Landing page copy that converts (not a strategy deck) - Funnel strategy from awareness to qualified demo/trial - Hero video creative direction (script exists, need strategic sharpening) - Content strategy execution guidance across LinkedIn, Reddit, and SEO - Lighthouse customer acquisition strategy for first 10 paying customers - Channel prioritization — where to spend limited time for maximum pipeline
  • *What this is not: - This is not a strategy-only engagement. I need someone who produces deliverables, not frameworks. - This is not a two-month discovery phase. Week one is onboarding. Week two is output. - This is not a full-time role. 10-15 hours/week. Async-first with one weekly sync.
  • *Ideal candidate: - Has launched a B2B SaaS product from pre-revenue to $1M+ ARR - Understands the Microsoft partner ecosystem (bonus, not required) - Can write copy that ships, not just strategy that sits in a Google Doc - Comfortable working with a technical founder who moves fast - Has opinions and isn't afraid to push back
  • *Budget: $75-150/hr depending on experience. Open to weekly retainer structure. Looking for an initial 4-week engagement with option to extend.
