Remote Mental Health Counselor (Licensed) - Full-Time
Role Overview Heritage Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to provide essential mental health support to clients in an outpatient setting, contributing to their overall well-being and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and challenges.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current and valid LMHC licensure in New York State.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in outpatient mental health services preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
