Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP, Management Supervisor to lead a critical client portfolio within our healthcare advertising agency. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong client relationships, driving impactful campaigns, and leading high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a passion for delivering exceptional results. Role Requirements: Strategic Client Leadership Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and providing expert counsel Develop and present strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities Proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation within client accounts Lead client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategic recommendations and campaign performance Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholders Participate in client-related travel as required, including local (tri-state) and domestic travel, with potential for international travel Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor a team of account professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members Manage team workloads, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient project execution Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team performance Foster a positive and productive work environment Campaign Management and Execution Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability Ensure all projects meet all regulatory standards Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, strategy, medical, and production departments Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging Act as a bridge between the client and the internal agency teams

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 8-10+ years of experience in healthcare advertising, with a proven track record of success in account management Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Strong financial acumen and budget management skills Experience managing and mentoring teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software Knowledge of digital marketing within the healthcare industry Salary range: $165,000 - $185,000 BGB Group is headquartered in New York City, and the salary range listed reflects the expected base compensation for this role in the New York City metropolitan area. This position may be performed remotely within the United States. For candidates located outside the New York City area, compensation will be adjusted to reflect the applicable market for the employee’s primary work location.
