The successful candidate: Schedule: PRN (as needed based on business needs) Job Summary The Payroll Representative is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll across the organization. This role supports multiple payroll and timekeeping systems, including Workday, Kronos, and ADP, to collect, validate, reconcile, and process payroll data. The position also serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of service. In addition, the Payroll Representative prepares reports and supports compliance efforts to maintain accuracy and alignment with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6+ months of payroll experience Demonstrated ability to perform payroll functions requiring accuracy, data reconciliation, and adherence to deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Payroll-related coursework or post-secondary education Prior payroll experience in a multi-system environment Systems & Tools Experience with Workday, Kronos, ADP, and reporting tools preferred City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
