Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring L2 Support Engineer (GitOps) to join our team. We are looking for an infrastructure administrator with 2+ years of enterprise experience who has decided to delve deeper into DevOps practices (Python/PS/Bash automation, containerization, integration with other systems via API), who knows how to bring together different systems and platforms into a single environment, and who is familiar with the challenges of modern distributed infrastructures. Key responsibilities: Creation, configuration and implementation of different kind of automations R&D and implementation of new services Maintenance of technical documentation in the Knowledge Base Required Experience: At least 2 years of experience at companies with 100+ employees and distributed officespartially or fully remote Basic knowledge of modern operating systems MS Windows Server and MS Active Directory Basic Linux experience - system management, reverse proxy management, cert management Scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) - preparing automations on daily basis, work with API of different services Docker management and understanding containerization; Understanding how to work with GIT Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab CI, Github Actions, etc.); Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for infrastructure automation, scripting assistance, troubleshooting, and technical research Experience with prompt engineering and effective interaction with AI systems to improve operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and accelerate DevOps workflows English B1+ (be able to participate in meetings with vendors tech support and sales/presales managers) and strong command of Russian Nice to have: Higher technical education would be a plus Experience with any programming languages Focuses on the infrastructure-as-code approach Experience with any software configuration management solution (Ansible, Terraform, etc.) Our Benefits: Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours Private insurance Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year Sports benefit Comprehensive Mental Health Programme Free online English lessons with a native speaker Generous referral program Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.
