Lead Frontend Engineer

- Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications, establishing performance foundations for large-scale projects
- Drive frontend infrastructure optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements across multiple products
- Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability
- Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to product owners and non-technical stakeholders
- Continuously optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity
- Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications
What we are looking for
- Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router
- Extensive experience with internationalization (i18n) lifecycle for large-scale applications, including integration with translation management systems like Crowdin
- Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions
- Proven track record with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc.)
- Strong UI/UX skills with Figma and building responsive, consumer-facing web applications
