Preventative Maintenance Refrigeration Technician

RWC is looking for a highly proficient and committed Preventive Maintenance Refrigeration Technician to provide service and maintenance to our clients. The ideal candidate must demonstrate dependability and a keen attention to detail. In the end, an effective refrigeration technician will carry out the required tasks to meet professional standards for our clients. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and professionally troubleshoot issues. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in refrigeration systems. Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure efficiency and reliability. Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service performed. Effectively arrange, sanitize, and equip the company vehicle with the necessary tools and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of commercial refrigeration experience. High school diploma or GED. Emergency on-call availability. Familiarity and expertise in the controls and wiring associated with refrigeration systems. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Able to comprehend and execute both written and verbal directives. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Possess basic computer skills.
