About the Team FIS’ Retirement Solutions business provides a comprehensive platform with services designed to help financial institutions, plan sponsors, retirement administrators, and advisors manage and grow their retirement offerings more effectively. Customers benefit from flexible deployment options and solution suites tailored to their specific needs. From participant engagement and communication, transaction processing, compliance and reporting, to plan administration and recordkeeping, our solutions can be deployed as stand‑alone products, part of a unified platform, or within an outsourced environment. What You Will Be Doing Manage, plan, and lead growth strategies for assigned client relationships to increase account penetration with a long-term, multi-year focus Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth within your assigned portfolio Serve as the primary liaison between your clients and FIS, ensuring alignment with client strategy and expectations What You Bring General knowledge of retirement solutions and/or retirement technology, including systems, applications, and plan administration practices Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to communicate ideas clearly and professionally to all audiences, including executive leadership Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities Analytical skills to assess client business needs and requirements Ability to remain composed under pressure Added Bonus If You Have Proven track record of successful sales achievement Strong understanding of FIS Retirement Solutions products and services
