Requirements

Relationships: be able to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds, be able to negotiate and keep clients Marketing: understand who a game is for and create a game they will want to play Project management: understand how a game is made and know what needs to happen when Knowledge of rights and licensing: be aware of the law and able to negotiate Knowledge of the games industry: have an in-depth understanding of its different stores, platforms, games and direction Budget handling: be able to handle a significant budget and work within it Human Resources: ability to grow the Team in cooperation with the HR Department Creativity: Sparking ideas according to the newest game industry trends, creating and researching innovative approaches for the production Teamwork: the ability to coop with all departments to forge the path for the game development Qualifications: You have shipped at least one game title either on PC and/or console from start to end Excellent knowledge of production, difficulties generally encountered by the teams and solutions tailored to their requirements. Game development tools and methodology knowledge and work experience (Jira, etc.) Analytical skills required to optimize the budget and managing schedules and project resources to achieve desired results. Knowledge of game development production finances. Strong ability to collaborate with multiple international teams, both internal and external Excellent interpersonal skills and great verbal and written communication skills in English Up to date knowledge in different game genres Extra points: Huge experience from both the game and movie industry Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 game production Experience in the game industry in other positions Experience in sci-fi gaming genre Strong experience in building and leading high performing teams Ability to present and follow up on the development strategy for the game Help to define scope, milestones and deliverables of the project Apply Job!
