Staff Scheduling Specialist

Job Description​ Saint Luke’s in Kansas City is seeking a Staff Scheduling Specialist to join our team. Shift Details: Payroll Week- Sunday- Thursday, Non-payroll week Monday- Friday Responsibilities: Perform scheduling and timekeeping for areas across the Saint Lukes Health System including correspondence schedule coverage, changes for timekeeping maintenance and other miscellaneous activities as needed. Ensures that staff schedules are balanced. Performs audits of schedules to ensure hours shifts align with employment status. Addresses timekeeping discrepancies within Kronos. Creates, supports and maintains the data integrity of the Kronos scheduling and timekeeping application. Serves as a resource to users of the system providing information, training and problem-solving services. Additionally configures and runs scheduled and ad hoc informational and analytical reports for users of the system. Why Saint Luke’s?
