We are looking for a talented Analyst to join the Credit Operations Department at MD Finance. In this role, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that will help support and improve the effectiveness of our direction. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams, analyze call center metrics, create visual and informative dashboards, and help optimize data-driven sales strategies. If you enjoy turning numbers into meaningful stories, love building intelligent reporting systems from scratch, and thrive in a dynamic FinTech environment, we’d love to see how your skills can help us identify and address bottlenecks, make more informed decisions, and boost the effectiveness of our credit product sales. Main Responsibilities: - Collecting and processing data from the system and related sources. - Analyzing trends in key metrics: number of calls, connection rates, successful deals, and conversions — broken down by day, shift, and employee. - Developing clear and simple dashboards (SQL, Power BI, Tableau). - Identifying bottlenecks and preparing analytical recommendations to improve team efficiency. - Preparing weekly and monthly performance reviews for management. Expected Results: - Identify bottlenecks and sources of operational inefficiency. - Identify opportunities for business growth and areas for expansion. - Timely and accurate reporting for management and other stakeholders. Professional Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience as an analyst. - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization). - Strong knowledge of SQL. - Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. - Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets. - Proactive attitude and readiness to build processes from scratch and suggest improvements. What We Offer: - Join a fast-scaling FinTech company where your decisions shape the business and your contributions truly matter. - Enjoy 20 paid days off annually, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, people-first culture. - Learning, sports, and medical insurance compensation. - Work in an international, agile team with ambitious goals, modern tools, and a strong sense of purpose.
