Responsibilities

Working Solutions seeks experienced travel reservation representatives to help customers book their dream vacations. Bookings will be both domestic and international, with each booking being a high dollar purchase. Contractors will acts as client brand ambassadors and provide expert, detailed information about the various journeys the client offers, answer questions about existing travel plans, and make changes, additions and cancellations to existing travel plans. • For this contract, independent contractors must live in and work from the United States to represent this client. Contractors must have a direct dial phone (cell or landline) and a wired headset that connects to cell or landline phone to work on this program. Earnings Potential • Earn up to $16.20 per hour Schedule • Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule! • Schedule available hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 7:30 am and 6 pm CST and Wednesday between 9 am and 6 pm CST. Skills Needed • REQUIRED - High-end travel booking experience, both domestic and international • Understanding of travel processes and procedures • Strong PC literacy in a Windows environment • Determination to achieve customer satisfaction from high-demand callers • Excellent verbal communication skills

Work Environment

Requirements: • Quiet, uninterrupted space • Organized desk area Technology Requirements • Direct dial phone (cell or landline) is required for this program, and contractors must disable voicemail, call waiting, and call forwarding while working • Wired headset that connects to cell or landline phone is required • Personal computer (no tablet) • Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS • Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet) • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system • Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date • Wired USB headset with microphone (for training) • Dual monitors, one with at least 1920x1080 resolution (full HD) • Full PC requirements Important Information We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
