What You'll Do
We're looking for a strong growth-centric marketer who will own demand generation end to end. This is a builder's role for someone who wants to drive net new pipeline and build the marketing engine that makes every part of acquisition run faster. You'll execute multichannel demand generation across paid, organic, content, social, ABM, and field. You'll partner with sales on pipeline conversion. And you'll bring a systems mindset to the work, building automations, agent workflows, and tech stack architecture that compound impact over time. You'll bring deep multifamily marketing expertise to every part of the role. You understand operator workflows, renter behavior, leasing seasonality, and how marketing connects to occupancy outcomes. That lens shapes every campaign, every channel, every customer touchpoint. Resi has a vision for a marketing-led growth motion, and this is a defining role in building toward that future. You'll partner with our Product Marketing Manager on storytelling, customer proof points, and product-led content; our sales team on pipeline conversion; and our CX team on customer marketing motions. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Own multichannel demand generation strategy and execution across paid, organic, content, social, ABM, and digital events Partner with sales on target account selection, ABM programs, and pipeline plays for high-fit prospects Plan and execute digital events with full ownership of pre-event promotion, day-of execution, and post-event pipeline conversion Build and operate full-cycle integrated campaigns Produce content across blog, landing pages, and resource center that fuels demand across the funnel Own organic social presence on the channels where multifamily decision-makers spend time, supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, and pipeline Own paid media strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix across search, paid social, and programmatic platforms Maintain editorial quality and brand voice across every published surface, partnering with PMM on product-led content SEO, AEO & Website Lead Resi's organic discoverability strategy across traditional SEO and AEO Own getresi.com management, design direction, and ongoing optimization, shipping updates and partnering with design resources on larger projects as necessary Drive conversion rate optimization across the site Field Marketing & Events Budget, plan and execute approximately 10 in-person field marketing activations per year, including trade shows and industry conferences Own pre-event lead generation, on-site experience, and post-event pipeline conversion Marketing Engineering & Automation Build and maintain HubSpot and the broader marketing tech stack as the foundation for marketing operations, including workflows, list segmentation, lead scoring, attribution models, and reporting infrastructure Build AI-powered automations and agent workflows that handle the repeatable parts of marketing work, freeing time for strategy and creative Look at every manual process and see a system. Build what should run itself. Invent what doesn't exist yet when the playbook has a gap Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards that connect channel investment to pipeline and revenue Run regular performance reviews with leadership, surfacing what's working, what's underperforming, and what needs to change Manage program-level budgets with the discipline to fund what's producing and cut what isn't Report on performance and surface insights that inform revenue strategy How We'll Measure Success You'll set the experiment cadence, define the hypotheses, and own the iteration loop. Specifics will calibrate, but the core scorecard is: Pipeline created and influenced against quarterly targets Pipeline efficiency measured by CAC, conversion, and cost per opportunity across the channel mix Organic discoverability growth measured through traffic, ranking, and AI search visibility Content quality measured by how uniquely valuable the content produced speaks to our audience and converts Marketing operations health, including data integrity, automation coverage, and reporting reliability What You'll Bring Deep multifamily marketing expertise. You understand operator workflows, renter behavior, leasing seasonality, and how marketing drives occupancy. Multifamily fluency is required to shape strategy across every channel. 5 to 8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related role A track record of building pipeline at scale Discernment to create content across channels that fuels awareness and conversion Analytical chops, ensuring our growth engine is being measured, reported on, and optimized A systems mindset, with the technical comfort to work with APIs, build AI-powered automations, and design workflows that run without manual intervention.
