You will head a dedicated team to define overarching search strategy, drive measurable performance, and unlock massive organic growth for the business.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO/GEO strategies to boost website rankings and organic traffic Conduct deep technical and on-page SEO audits to optimize site performance and health Monitor competitors, market trends, and algorithm updates to pivot strategy quickly Collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across the business Create and optimize SEO content at scale, including clear guidelines for copywriters Lead, manage, and empower the SEO team to hit commercial targets
Requirements
Deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, ranking factors, and modern indexing principles Expert-level knowledge of technical and on-page SEO Confident daily use of GA4 and enterprise SEO tools for data analysis Good understanding of website architecture, HTML, and basic JavaScript Hands-on experience with structured data, meta tags, and schema markup Experience leveraging AI tools and automation pipelines to scale SEO operations Proactive, analytical, and strictly data-driven mindset Strong problem-solving skills with the agility to navigate major algorithm shifts Proven leadership - able to manage a team and guide cross-functional projects High autonomy with the ability to run multiple complex workstreams simultaneously Continuous learning mentality to stay ahead of a fast-moving industry Nice to have Experience with large-scale sites (10k+ pages), Western EU/NA markets, or cross-functional tech skills (Python, ML, UX/UI) Interview steps Recruiter screen (~30 minutes) Technical Interview (~90 minutes) Final Interview with managers (~60 minutes) Our benefits Competitive compensation package Flexibility of remote work All the equipment you need 21 days off and 10 sick leaves annually Enjoyable break during Public Cyprus Holidays Seasoned senior-level team with ample opportunities for professional growth in an international setting Apply To This Job
