We’re looking for a Risk Specialist who will help us monitor, evaluate, and improve credit risk across our CZ and PL portfolios. You’ll become part of a collaborative team where your analyses will directly influence approval strategies, credit risk policies, and the quality of our decision-making. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys turning data into practical recommendations, spotting patterns before they become problems, and working closely with teams across Credit Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Legal, and Customer Support. What you’ll be working on: Conducting SQL-based analyses to evaluate portfolio risk, track trends, and uncover anomalies across markets. Identifying opportunities to improve approval strategies and portfolio performance, with a strong focus on the risk vs. approval rate trade-off. Translating analytical findings into clear recommendations, documentation, and actions for strategy adjustments. Supporting testing and validation of new or updated risk strategies before production deployment. Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit risk policies through data-driven assessments. Preparing analytical outputs and documentation to support audits and regulatory reporting. Collaborating with Underwriting, Fraud, Legal, and Customer Support to identify risk drivers, suspicious patterns, and process inefficiencies. Proposing process improvements that reduce risk and improve portfolio performance. What we’re looking for: 2–5 years of experience in credit risk, risk analytics, or data analytics, ideally in fintech or financial services. Experience with portfolio monitoring, risk analysis, and credit registers. Strong SQL skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge. Solid understanding of credit risk metrics and consumer credit, with exposure to approval strategies or credit risk policies as an advantage. Ability to structure analyses, communicate results clearly, and work with incomplete or ambiguous data. Strong attention to detail, data quality, and reporting timeliness. English at B2 level or higher. Python, R, or BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker are a plus. Apply To This Job
