This function includes both internal-facing roles and a customer-facing *Technical Services team that works directly with customers to apply platform capabilities to complex healthcare use cases and support adoption in real-world environments. (*This is not a traditional help desk environment; it requires the ability to think critically, work across systems, and navigate both technical and operational challenges within a SaaS platform.) We look for people with experience in healthcare information technology or similarly complex systems, along with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
