As we continue to grow our US team, we're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale conferences, events and attendee experiences for some of the world's leading brands.
About the Role
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, project deliverables and stakeholder expectations across a portfolio of complex events and programmes. Working closely with Account Directors and Project Directors, you'll lead the planning and execution of large-scale conferences, meetings, incentive programmes and event workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard. This is a highly visible role requiring exceptional project management expertise, strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment. What you'll be doing Project Leadership & Delivery Partner with Account Directors and Project Directors to understand event objectives, resource requirements and delivery strategies Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and operational frameworks Lead the delivery of large-scale conferences, events and complex workstreams from planning through onsite execution Ensure project documentation, budgets, timelines and deliverables remain accurate and up to date Drive accountability across project teams to ensure successful delivery Client & Supplier Management Build strong relationships with clients, venues, hotels and suppliers Act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional client service and attendee experiences Lead hotel, venue and supplier contract negotiations to ensure commercial value and operational excellence Manage supplier performance and ensure delivery against agreed standards and deadlines Financial Management Develop and manage event budgets with a focus on profitability and value for money Monitor project financial performance, forecasts and risks Identify issues proactively and implement solutions to maintain project success Ensure strong commercial decision-making throughout the event lifecycle Onsite Event Leadership Lead onsite delivery teams and ensure every aspect of the event is executed to plan Provide direction to internal teams, suppliers and venue partners Troubleshoot challenges in real time and implement creative solutions under pressure Ensure an exceptional experience for attendees, clients and stakeholders Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead, mentor and support project team members Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of the Nteractive Project Management Framework Analyze event performance and post-event data to identify opportunities for improvement Support the development of client recommendations and future event strategies What you will bring Significant project management experience within an events agency environment Proven success leading large-scale conferences, meetings and complex event programmes Incentive travel experience is desirable Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience Expertise in hotel, venue and supplier contract negotiations Excellent financial and business acumen with experience managing event budgets Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong overall technical proficiency Outstanding communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities Experience mentoring and developing project teams Why you'll love working here Work with globally recognized technology and lifestyle brands Lead high-profile conferences, events and experiential programmes Join a collaborative, ambitious and fast-growing global agency Partner with talented teams across production, creative, strategy and account management Opportunity for international travel and global event delivery Build your career in an organization that values innovation, excellence and professional growth
