Python DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Python DevOps Engineer with strong experience in cloud-native application development, DevOps automation, and AWS infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, FastAPI, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and CI/CD automation. Experience within healthcare or insurance environments is a plus. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python and FastAPI. Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation processes. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and AWS EKS. Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services. Manage database integrations with PostgreSQL and Snowflake. Create deployment scripts, build automation, and infrastructure configurations. Support continuous testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Work with analytical and reporting tools including SPSS, SAS, and R. Healthcare industry experience Insurance domain experience Required Experience 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, application development, or cloud engineering roles. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments. Strong experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and automation. Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
