Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. AI Solutions Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in integrating AI technologies into our web application and promoting the adoption of AI solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, extensive experience with APIs, and a passion for artificial intelligence. From day one, you’ll be assigned to an active project, working under a senior developer who will push you to think about cost, architecture, and security. Job Details: Work from home Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM Responsibilities: Develop and implement AI-powered solutions within our web application, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality performance. Follow OWASP LLM Top 10 (2025) mitigations on every AI feature built Run cost-per-request benchmarks before implementation and document model selection rationale Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and propose AI-based solutions that address business needs and drive innovation. Design and develop custom APIs to facilitate data exchange and communication between AI components and existing systems. Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing the organization's AI capabilities. Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions, continuously refining and optimizing them to ensure optimal performance. Develop comprehensive documentation for AI solutions, including technical specifications for AI features, LLM APIs, ML Libraries, vector stores, etc. Serve as an AI evangelist, promoting the understanding and adoption of AI technologies across the organization through presentations, workshops, and training sessions. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI implementations, ensuring the prompt resolution of issues and minimal disruption to users. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Proficiency in Python programming language Working knowledge of at least one LLM API: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent Understanding of REST API development and structured JSON output handling Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure. Awareness of OWASP LLM Top 10 compliance, i.e. Prompt Injection, Improper Output Handling, Excessive agency, Unbound Consumption Basic understanding of OWASP secure coding principles Ability to read requirement specs and translate them into working code under supervision Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to design and implement innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: RAG implementation experience: chunking, embedding, vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate) Document parsing exposure: pdfplumber, PyMuPDF, AWS Textract, or Docling Familiarity with STRIDE threat modeling concepts Knowledge of ISO 42001 or EU AI Act AI risk classification Experience with Cursor and Claude Code dual-tool workflow Prior exposure to a structured pull request review process with automated continuous integration (CI) gates Apply To This Job
