  • * Your Impact:
  • ** Build and maintain strong, constructive relationships with internal and external agents, producers, and carrier underwriters.
  • Leverage your commercial P&C insurance expertise to actively service existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
  • Manage workflow with a high degree of personal accountability, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient execution of deliverables.
  • Participate in the retention and renewal of business by collaborating with agents/producers to prepare specifications, underwriting data, and marketing strategies for insurance products.
  • Support the implementation of new lines of coverage, including setting up accounts, gathering required documentation, and reviewing plan details with stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and timely coverage analyses and quotations for new and additional coverages.
  • * Successful Candidates Will Have:
  • ** 2–5 years of Brokerage/MGA experience preferred, including P&C Commercial Lines experience
  • Valid state P&C license (college degree preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and insurance agency management systems
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, rating procedures, compliance, and relevant legislation
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, agents, and underwriters
  • Insight into market trends and best practices to meet evolving client needsOne
