They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions that enhance their platform and improve user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build the Foundation for Scalability: Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and microservices that enable robust functionality and seamless integrations
  • Excel in Full Stack Development: Gain hands-on expertise in frontend with Angular and backend with Go, while optimizing cloud infrastructure for efficient scaling
  • Integrate Gen AI Innovations: Incorporate generative AI into our agency management software, boosting usability and efficiency to create intuitive experiences that users love
  • Push the Envelope: Encourage exploration of new technologies, tools, and approaches to continually enhance our platform for better user outcomes
  • Guide Strategic Decisions: Evaluate priorities, options, and tradeoffs to inform key development choices that advance our goals
  • Collaborate with a Passionate Team of Peers: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, align on objectives, and deliver features that exceed expectations
  • Ensure Lasting Quality: Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and integration tests to uphold high standards of software reliability
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader

Skills

  • 0-4 years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks
  • Proficiency in one reactive JavaScript framework, such as Angular, React, or Vue
  • Experience with backend-development, such as Go, NodeJS, or Python
  • Experience in PostgreSQL/MongoDB
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, team player
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence is a plus
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR interoperability standards is a plus
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role
