Insurance Sales Associate
Allstate is a well-established company dedicated to protecting families and their belongings. As an Insurance Sales Associate, you will engage with customers in a Corporate Store location, build relationships, and help families find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers with personalized, friendly service
- Generate leads through outbound calls and participation in local events
- Build referral networks with existing customers and community organizations
- Assess customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
- Identify gaps in coverage and offer additional products to protect customers fully
- Offer a wide range of industry-leading products including but not limited to: Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Condo, Personal Umbrella, Landlords, Motorcycle, Boat, ATV, Life, and Roadside Assistance
Skills
- Active Personal Lines or General P&C license
- 1+ year of sales or customer service with a sales focus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Passion for relationship-building, networking, and community engagement
- Openness to coaching and feedback
- Availability Monday–Friday (9 AM–5:30 PM)
- Insurance sales experience helpful but not required
