Commercial Marketing Coordinator (Limited Fixed Term – 12months)

As a Commercial Marketing Coordinator, you will support the marketing and commercial team by coordinating projects, materials, and compliance processes to ensure the effective delivery of business priorities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate execution of commercial and marketing initiatives across brands and business units
  • Support development, review, approval, and maintenance of marketing materials through compliant review processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Intelligence & Operations (BIO), Medical, Regulatory, V&A, Communications, and Commercial operations to support integrated marketing efforts
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including creating and editing presentations, brochures, and digital assets while ensuring compliance
  • Maintain marketing databases and document archives for accurate record-keeping
  • Support the organization of educational programs, webinars, conferences, and patient advocacy events, including logistics and vendor coordination
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Coordinate and maintain records of expenses related to marketing projects and events
  • Perform company business in compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Execute all other duties as required

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or related support roles
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing tools is an asset
  • Understanding of compliance-driven environments and approval workflows
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Experience with Veeva Vault, procurement systems, or related platforms considered an asset
  • Proficiency in French is an asset
