Primary Vascular Care is a healthcare company seeking an Account Management and Operations Coordinator. This dynamic, hybrid position involves supporting outpatient services, field-based clinical support, customer engagement, and internal operations to enhance healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Front Desk Coordinator at our outpatient surgery center, supporting patient flow, scheduling, and delivering an exceptional patient experience
- Assist the Medical Director in the field with select treatments, clinical coordination, and workflow support within nursing facilities
- Act as a frontline representative in nursing homes, providing high-touch customer service, supporting facility staff, and strengthening long-term partnerships
- Work behind the scenes with the account management and operations teams on scheduling, documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Enjoy a hybrid role that blends remote work, field-based engagement, and onsite support, with scheduling flexibility guided by your manager to meet operational priorities
