Sales Development Representative
Ferry International is the #1 coaching company in real estate, dedicated to raising industry standards by driving success for its members, employees, and partners. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate client appointments and sales leads, focusing on proactive client engagement and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Generate client appointments and sales leads by making over 100 calls daily to set qualified appointments for the sales team
- Manage, organize, and update contact databases to ensure accurate records
- Build and maintain new client and broker relationships to foster business growth
- Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance in line with company standards
- Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures
- Actively participate in achieving departmental and company goals
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to support collective success
- Adapt to changing deadlines and shifting priorities with ease
- Review work for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations
Skills
- 0-5 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to compose professional business communications
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Salesforce for efficient task management and record-keeping
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment
- Adaptable and proactive in handling shifting priorities
