Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate client appointments and sales leads, focusing on proactive client engagement and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Generate client appointments and sales leads by making over 100 calls daily to set qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Manage, organize, and update contact databases to ensure accurate records
  • Build and maintain new client and broker relationships to foster business growth
  • Ensure punctuality and consistent attendance in line with company standards
  • Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures
  • Actively participate in achieving departmental and company goals
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to support collective success
  • Adapt to changing deadlines and shifting priorities with ease
  • Review work for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations

Skills

  • 0-5 years of relevant experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to compose professional business communications
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Salesforce for efficient task management and record-keeping
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment
  • Adaptable and proactive in handling shifting priorities
