Business Development Representative

Kelvin is on a mission to decarbonize the world's legacy buildings, offering innovative solutions to reduce energy waste and carbon emissions. The Business Development Representative will establish and grow relationships with multifamily real estate owners and condo associations, focusing on opening new accounts and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • You will further develop our existing account list and personally source new prospects for our Account Executives to close new business
  • Develop an understanding of our products and effective outreach strategies to incentivize prospects to meet with our Account Executives
  • Hit your meetings-booked quota by building a disciplined outreach cadence across calls, email, and events
  • Attend appropriate real estate technology conferences where Kelvin participates
  • Build toward closing your own deals. This role is a direct pipeline to Account Executive

Skills

  • Background in clean energy
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Very strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
