Inside Sales Representative
Donaldson is a global leader in filtration technology, committed to helping our customers advance their businesses through innovative filtration solutions. We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Food & Beverage Aftermarket team, responsible for managing assigned accounts, developing customer relationships, and driving aftermarket sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Aftermarket Sales within assigned customer accounts
- Develop and maintain knowledge of filtration technologies, applications, and equipment operations to effectively support customer needs and promote repeat business
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Execute follow-up activities including mailings, filter testing coordination, report preparation, and customer support
- Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities, including those related to non-Donaldson equipment
Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated motivation to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
