[Remote] Technical Account Executive - Paris

As a Technical Account Executive, you will connect customers with Lago’s platform, guiding them through onboarding and helping them understand technical concepts to maximize their success.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert: Dive into our documentation, learn how Lago works, and use that knowledge to help customers succeed
- Help customers win: Lead demos, guide proof-of-concepts, and ensure customers see the value of Lago
- Simplify technical concepts: Break down APIs, integrations, and billing workflows into clear, actionable steps for customers
- Own and drive your tasks: Take full responsibility for your work, from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for customers
- Collaborate with excellence: Work closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Represent open source: Show customers why Lago’s open-source approach gives them control, transparency, and a better way to scale their business
