[Remote] Business Development Representative (BDR)

They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams, contributing to the growth of the mid-market sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify mid-market opportunities with real estate brokerages and large teams, focusing on deals in the $30K - $250K ACV range
- Run high-quality outbound outreach across phone, email, and social channels to reach brokers, team leads, and executives
- Develop a sharp understanding of how brokerages operate, make technology decisions, and grow their business
- Create qualified meetings for Mid-Market Account Executives with clear discovery and qualification criteria
- Build and maintain your own pipeline from scratch. This role requires a high degree of ownership and self-prospecting
- Track activity, learn from data, and continuously refine your approach to improve conversion
- Work closely with sales leadership to sharpen targeting, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a lead generation or business development role using phone, email, or social outreach
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar)
- Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, confident telephone presence
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred
