  • Deliver Fractional CFO-style financial insights and reporting for multiple clients
  • * Oversee and mentor a team of junior accountants
  • * Manage QuickBooks Online across multiple industry standards
  • * Lead financial analysis, forecasting, and monthly reporting
  • * Communicate proactively with clients — turning data into actionable strategy
  • * Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all engagements
  • What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of CFO or Controller-level experience
  • * Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and multi-industry accounting practices
  • * Strong communication and client relationship skills — customer-facing experience required
  • * Excellent time management and ability to handle competing priorities
  • * Proven leadership — comfortable supervising and reviewing staff work
  • * Tech-savvy and detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
