Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Logistics Sales Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, evaluating client transportation needs, offering tailor-made solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meeting sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management.
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities to foster client trust and collaboration.
- Experience in using CRM software and other digital tools to manage sales activities and streamline processes.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Self-motivation and organizational skills to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in logistics or freight sales is an advantage but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but relevant experience will also be considered.
