As a Medicaid Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
