Remote Sales Representative, AI Automation for Home Service Businesses Commission-Based | Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time About Elite AI Elite AI is an AI automation company built specifically for home service businesses. We give business owners a fully automated front office, AI phone receptionist, website chat agent, and SMS and email marketing automation, so they stop missing calls, stop losing leads, and start generating repeat revenue without hiring additional staff. We are a lean, fast-moving company led by a young entrepreneur who also owns and operates a real home service business. We know this industry. We sell a product that actually works. The Opportunity We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced closer who can identify home service business owners, get them on a call, and close them on one of our packages. This is a commission-based role with residual income potential. The more you close and retain, the more you earn every single month.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and reach out to home service business owners (plumbers, roofers, landscapers, pressure washers, HVAC, etc.)
- Run discovery calls and present our automation packages
- Close new customers and hand off to our development team for onboarding
- Manage your pipeline using our CRM
- Pursue upsell opportunities with active customers
- Represent Elite AI with professionalism and confidence
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in commission-based sales, B2B preferred
- Experience selling to small business owners is a major plus
- You are a self-starter who does not need hand-holding
- Strong phone and video call presence
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic tech
- You are hungry, coachable, and you close
Compensation
- 10% commission on every setup fee collected at close
- 10% monthly recurring commission on self-sourced customers for up to 24 months
- 5% monthly recurring commission on company-provided leads for up to 24 months
- 10% on full new MRR when you close an upsell
- $250 bonus for 3 closes in a calendar month
- $500 bonus for 5 closes in a calendar month
- Example: Close 5 customers on our top bundle and earn over $1,500 in month one alone, with $274 in residual commission every month after that
