  • Follow‑Up & Retention: Conduct post‑sale calls to confirm satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services or repeat business.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback on call scripts, workflow efficiencies, and customer pain points to help refine arenaflex’s remote service model.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
