Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers navigate the health insurance enrollment process. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Entering application data accurately and efficiently
  • Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's products and services Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in CRM systems and practices
  • High level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing systems and processes
  • High level of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home and managing your time and tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Spanish Bilingual, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in Spanish Preferred Experience While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$18.50, with performance and attendance-based incentives. Our benefits package includes a 401K match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO).
