API Automation Tester
We are looking for an experienced API Automation Tester with strong expertise in Java/JavaScript and hands-on experience with Postman.The ideal candidate should be proficient in API testing, scripting in Postman and have a solid understanding of API concepts.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute API test scripts using JavaScript in Postman.• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for APIs.• Validate API requests, responses, headers, and parameterization techniques.• Work with developers to troubleshoot and debug API issues.• Implement service mocking for test automation.• Ensure API performance and security best practices.Required Skills:• Strong experience in Java/JavaScript for API automation.• Proficiency in Postman, including scripting with JavaScript.• In-depth understanding of API concepts, including headers, requests, responses, and parameterization.• Experience in testing RESTful APIs.• Ability to mock services for API testing.Nice-to-Have Skills:• Knowledge of API security and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.).• Develop and execute API test scripts using TOSCA API.• Experience with CI/CD tools for API test automation.• Familiarity with API documentation tools like Swagger or OpenAPI Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
