As the Data Lead, Studio Data Management, you will be the guardian of contract data that underpins every stage of the content lifecycle—from pitch to play. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Data Planning: Develop short‑ and long‑term strategies for contract data across the studio, aligning data quality initiatives with business objectives and quarterly targets.
• Subject‑Matter Expertise: Serve as the go‑to authority on contract data, collaborating with product managers, engineers, designers, and external partners to ensure data meets functional and commercial needs.
• Metrics Definition & Reporting: Partner with product leadership and data science teams to define, build, and analyze metrics that surface insights into data quality, completeness, and timeliness.
• Process Automation: Design and implement scalable processes, best‑practice frameworks, and automation scripts that improve data validation, cleansing, and enrichment.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong understanding of workflow processes and the ability to spot inefficiencies.
• Familiarity with the end‑to‑end content lifecycle—from acquisition and licensing to distribution and monetization.
