Position Overview

The Remote Payments Analyst – Data Entry & Financial Services Operations role is a critical component of arenaflex’s Financial Services Division. Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Reporting: Accurately collect, cleanse, and analyze data for senior leadership presentations, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and ad‑hoc executive dashboards.
• Payment Network Compliance: Monitor and support compliance initiatives with major installment card networks, ensuring all processes meet regulatory and internal standards.
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process for installment card spend across all product lines, develop financial forecasts, and provide actionable recommendations to senior executives.
• Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement enhancements to existing financial workflows, leveraging automation tools and best‑practice methodologies.
• Project Support & Leadership: Provide project coordination, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts on medium‑scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high‑quality outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
