Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst – Customer Growth Site Marketing to work on a part‑time, remote basis (8 hours per day) at a competitive rate of $26 per hour. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Execution: Design, launch, and manage targeted offers, upgrades, and exclusive benefits that resonate with existing and prospective card members.
  • Channel Management: Oversee daily operations of the website and mobile channels for the card portfolio, ensuring alignment with revenue and acquisition goals.
  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively surface growth opportunities, collaborate with cross‑functional partners, and implement enhancements that improve the customer experience and lift key engagement metrics.
  • Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Partner with analytics teams to translate performance data into actionable insights, feeding continuous improvement loops.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or customer growth roles, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
